C.H. Spurgeon Full-Size Replica Bust — Bronze
These full-size Spurgeon replica busts are almost exact replicas of the largest of the original parian busts that were produced by Robinson & Leadbetter c.1878. Although they made several different sizes, these large busts are the most well-known of the variations.
These are cast with a resin material base, but have significant added heft to them to make them wonderfully sturdy and very difficult to topple over. These are the ideal library or office bust to feature a bronze depiction of the ‘Prince of Preachers.’
They come in at almost 8 1/2 lbs. and measure approx. 12.5” x 4.5” x 4” dimension.
(In the last photo, you'll see this bronze replica beside the original parian model, for reference.)
