Spurgeon, C.H. - The Treasury of David (Exposition of the Psalms) - Full Set by Hodder & Stoughton (c.1905)
The Treasury of David was the work of a lifetime for Charles Haddon Spurgeon.
Combining wonderful, lengthy exposition of the Psalms with a vast collection of material from others—Spurgeon had a personal library that peaked at about 12,000 volumes—The Treasury of David is the magnum opus from the hand of C.H. Spurgeon.
This is a complete 7 Volume set by the London publisher Hodder & Stoughton. It may well be one of the first UK printings by a publisher other than Passmore & Alabaster, after they had printed their last editions of this work. Printed just after Mrs. C.H. Spurgeon passed away, and while their son, Thomas Spurgeon, was still pastor of the Metropolitan Tabernacle, this is a wonderful set to add to your collection.
